Midnight Generation

From Chihuahua, Mexico, the five-piece blend classic disco grooves, electro-funk and contemporary synth-pop into a sound built for the dance floor—and a live show that has carried them across Europe, the United States, Canada and Latin America.

Midnight Generation will release a 10-track album “ROOTED” on November 5, showcasing their unmistakable universe of disco-funk-synth-pop while exploring love, life on the road and the foundations that keep them grounded.

In 2026, Midnight Generation continued that ascent with a calendar spanning 76 live appearances. A defining highlight was their North American tour supporting Empire of the Sun, with 28 dates including Colorado’s iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre, New York’s Forest Hills Stadium, Toronto’s Budweiser Stage and Austin’s Moody Center.

Led by vocalist and multi-instrumentalist Fernando Mares, alongside Luis Carlos “Bica” Valderrama, Carlos Amaya, Samuel Márquez and Diego Bustillos, Midnight Generation pair shimmering synthesizers, irresistible basslines and soulful melodies with a dynamic stage presence.
